![]() After some online research and going on forums it appears that others have also had this issue and it's a little confusing as Arconis are moving away from perpetual licences towards a subscription based service with different software names floating around. The only slight hiccup was activating the Arconis cloning software using the product key in the box where the installed software wasn't connecting with the account. The upgrade kit comprised of a Kingston SSD with Arconis cloning software with other items for the clone and installation. I was kept up to date on my order as it was processed and distributed where it was delivered on time with no issues (thank you Royal Mail). Quite rightly they advised on studying this before purchase. Categorising their website by exact model of laptop gave me assurance that I was purchasing compatible hardware and the guidance was particularly helpful in video and text formats. I've used Mr Memory several years back when doing a RAM upgrade which was an excellent decision for which I'm still benefiting from now.īecause of this I've decided to use Mr Memory again for my SSD upgrade using a Kingston SSD upgrade kit.
